Keeping it simple, Ask which defects are you ready to get rid of, now? Which do I still "love" too much to loose?
Philosopher and theologian Augustine said:
Lord make me chaste,
just not yet! lol....haaa
Don't complicate it. This step is a process in humility. We ask God for help removing defects we can't reove alone. We are learning to be willing (ready) to make real change, now and in an ongoing manner, for years to come reliant on God's work within us.
No one ever completes this step all at once! God works miracles but we need to do the work, and that's called a "LIFE!"
If stumped on how to become willing to change, go back over your 5th step with a sponsor and look over your new goals!
